  • Show initiative in identifying and resolving problems to improve resident care.
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that promotes a sense of community and belonging among our residents.
  • Adhere to customer service principles to ensure exceptional care and support.

Task-Specific Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal care, such as nail care, hair care, oral hygiene, toileting, bathing, transferring, dressing, and undressing as needed.
  • Support residents with managed incontinence programs.
  • Maintain knowledge of resident needs at all times to provide personalized care and support.
  • Regularly review 24-hour logs to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure residents' personal care needs are met.
  • Accompany residents to and from meals and activities as needed.
