Job Summary

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living skills, while adhering to established treatment plans. QSAC's Residential program emphasizes promoting independence through daily living and social skills development, as well as integration into the community through recreational outings.

Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals in developing and maintaining relationships
  • Promote and protect the health, safety, and emotional well-being of individuals
  • Implement and adhere to established treatment plans
  • Transport individuals in agency vehicles as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record (highly preferred)
