Clinical Care Nurse

**About the Job**
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes and communities. As a Per Diem/On Call RN, you will work day shifts, providing professional nursing care that promotes optimal health and independence.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
**Requirements**
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
