We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Shift Supervisor to join our team at Coastal Harbor Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, while also providing guidance and support to our staff.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure they are providing high-quality care to our residents
  • Monitor and redirect residents to maintain a therapeutic milieu
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, including responding to emergencies and incidents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral or mental health
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or social services is strongly preferred
  • Supervisory experience is required
