We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banking Center Manager to lead our team to success. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and overseeing all banking center functions.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed consumer and business loans, deposits, and fee income goals.
- Community Involvement: Engage with local civic organizations and community groups to build strong relationships and promote our brand.
- Team Management: Ensure that personnel are trained and motivated to provide high-quality customer service and achieve profit goals.
- Branch Operations: Work with support groups to develop and implement activities that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Ensure that appropriate staffing levels are maintained to provide excellent customer service.
- Efficiency and Compliance: Regularly monitor production standards and ensure that regulatory compliance standards are met.
- Expense Control: Responsible for controlling operational and administrative expenses.
- Customer Service: Resolve all customer service problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company in a professional manner at all civic and community affairs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 5+ years of retail banking experience and 1-2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Skills: Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Background Check: Must meet the requirements of a background credit check and comply with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations.
