We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at West Shore. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance and repairs at our apartment community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of maintenance staff and oversee all workload duties
  • Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner and all make-ready's are done efficiently
  • Coordinate with the Community Manager to complete projects and work orders
  • Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance, including repairs and replacements
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and test and make adjustments
  • Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service
  • Respond to emergency situations during and after hours
  • Able to work flexible hours and maintain a clean and orderly work area
