- Previous Cosmetics Artistry Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in cosmetics artistry, with a proven track record of success.
- Sales and Service Skills: Excellent selling skills, with the ability to set and achieve sales goals, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Organizational and Communication Skills: Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability and Flexibility: Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per month, with flexibility to work out of multiple locations during store peak hours.
