Job Title: Audiologist Level II

Sutter Health is seeking a highly skilled Audiologist Level II to join our team in Fremont, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Audiologist to assess and treat patients with hearing, balance, and related disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audiology and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients with hearing, balance, and related disorders
  • Conduct procedures related to hearing aid dispensing and provide services to assigned patients
  • Exercise sound judgment and develop clinical skills to provide input and implement patient care plans
  • Gain confidence and cooperation from patients, families, and healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, monitoring, and care
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure patient privacy and safety
  • Assist with clinical supervision of assistants and aides, and serve as a clinical instructor for assigned students
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited audiology program
  • AUDIO-Licensed Audiologist
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
  • 2 years recent relevant experience

  • Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer and technology proficiency
Work Environment:

This is a per diem/casual position with variable hours, including days and occasional weekends.

Pay Range is $60.11 to $75.14 / hour.

This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.

Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.

Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
