El candidato ideal para esta oportunidad deberá tener un historial laboral previamente demostrado y verificable en la dirección y desarrollo de un equipo de asociados. Se dará preferencia a aquellos individuos con experiencia en impulsar cambios mediante la identificación e implementación de un alto nivel de compromiso de los empleados para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa. El candidato ideal debe ser capaz de tomar decisiones de manera eficiente con mínima supervisión directa, actuar con responsabilidad y exhibir sólidas habilidades de liderazgo, manteniendo la cultura de la empresa y priorizando el bienestar de los empleados y la seguridad del consumidor por encima de todo.

Responsabilidades del Líder de Producción:

  • Asegurar que todos los informes de manufactura diarios y el uso de sistemas SAP, ERP y WMS se completen para rastrear adecuadamente el rendimiento y los rendimientos.
  • Realizar reuniones regulares con el equipo para discutir metas y reforzar técnicas/procesos en las áreas de seguridad (OSHA), manufactura, calidad y seguridad alimentaria.
  • Asegurar que los Asociados de Producción procesen las líneas de productos de acuerdo con los requisitos de HACCP, GMP, FDA, BRC y los estándares de la empresa.
  • Proporcionar coaching continuo, formación de equipos y evaluaciones de rendimiento por escrito para los informes directos, asegurando el crecimiento y desarrollo en consonancia con la cultura de la empresa.
  • Capacidad para priorizar y ajustarse rápidamente a un entorno de trabajo en constante cambio con mínima supervisión para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes internos y externos.

Sobre Ti:

Tu Educación y Experiencia:

  • Título universitario en Ciencias Alimentarias, Negocios o campo relacionado.
  • Al menos tres (3) años de experiencia supervisora en un entorno de manufactura, preferiblemente en la industria de procesamiento de alimentos.
  • Experiencia trabajando en una instalación regulada por la FDA es preferible.
  • Experiencia en un entorno de manufactura certificado por SQF o BRC es preferible.

Tus Habilidades y Capacidades:

  • Experiencia en impulsar cambios mediante la identificación e implementación de mejoras de procesos es preferible.
  • Capacidad para entrenar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo, incluyendo la solicitud de opiniones y la escucha de ideas para cambios positivos.
  • Experiencia previa con programas de evaluación del rendimiento de los empleados y evaluaciones de personal.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos de temperaturas frías.
  • Disponibilidad y disposición para trabajar en horarios inusuales/flexibles, incluyendo domingos y horarios matutinos según sea necesario.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en toda la organización, incluyendo calidad, ventas, adquisiciones, finanzas, ingeniería y mantenimiento.
  • Se prefiere el bilingüismo (español).
  • Asumir responsabilidades con una actitud proactiva.
