Pay: $16 - $20 / Hour Benefits:

  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while also maintaining high operational standards
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand guests' requests and respond with appropriate actions
  • Must understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocols

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the day-to-day operations of the restaurant (Opening and Closing Checklists, line checks, fast-paced execution)
  • Ensure culture and hospitality is being upheld.
  • Building guest relationships
  • Assist with training and employee retention.
  • Assist with inventory counts and product ordering for the restaurant.
  • Lead the orientation/on-boarding process for new team members.
  • Assist in developing/writing the restaurant schedule.
  • Cash Handling, Deposits, and disperse tip-share.
