Job Summary

As a Branch Claims Representative II at Concord Group Insurance, you will be responsible for handling first-party personal property and commercial property claims throughout their lifecycle. This includes investigation, evaluation, and claim resolution. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service to agents, insureds, and other stakeholders to ensure claims are resolved accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate assigned claims, confirm coverage, verify damages, and determine liability where applicable
Take loss reports directly from insureds and/or claimants and/or their representatives
Assist with claims-related phone calls and handle incoming correspondence
Evaluate and settle assigned claims based on investigative results
Demonstrate ownership and accountability for the complete claims adjusting cycle in accordance with Business Unit and Company procedures for assigned claims

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred, but may be waived by Company experience
Experience writing estimates with Xactimate and XactContents preferred
2-3+ years' experience investigating and resolving first-party property claims
Excellent oral and written communication skills via in-person, on-the-phone, and electronic interactions
Excellent understanding and skill level of claim handling and customer service
Strong willingness and ability to learn
Possess or ability to timely secure and maintain multi-line adjuster's license(s) as required
