About the Opportunity
We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Fry's Food Stores. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Effective oral/written communication skills
Salary Range
$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience
