Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with homeowners to assess their plumbing needs, recommending solutions, and closing sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and helping homeowners access the best in plumbing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct In-Home Consultations – Meet with customers in their homes to assess plumbing needs, answer questions, and educate them on Intelligent Design's services and solutions.
- Build Customer Relationships – Establish trust and rapport with customers by providing transparent, informative, and empathetic service that makes them feel confident in choosing Intelligent Design.
- Present Customized Solutions – Evaluate each customer's unique needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or maintenance plans, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and long-term value.
- Close Sales with Confidence – Guide customers through the decision-making process, address any objections, and secure service agreements that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with Service Technicians – Work closely with plumbing service technicians to ensure that recommended solutions align with technical evaluations and service requirements.
- Achieve Sales Goals – Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to Intelligent Design's growth and success.

Requirements:
- Sales Experience – Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the plumbing or home service industry.
- ServiceTitan Knowledge – Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus, as it helps in maintaining accurate records and managing the sales pipeline.
- Valid Driver's License – Ability to travel for in-home consultations and follow-up visits.
- Customer Service Skills – Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
