Position: Office Administration Coordinator

Compensation: $22/hr. on W2

Contract Length: 6 months or longer

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • With minimal oversight, executes a variety of both intricate and routine administrative tasks, which may include managing several assignments at once.
  • Handles tasks of a highly confidential nature requiring extensive knowledge of organizational policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Organizes meetings and is responsible for procuring supplies and preparing offices/computer equipment for new personnel.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and confidence in managing interpersonal relationships.
  • Engages in special projects as required.
  • May provide guidance to junior administrative staff within the same department or unit.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Experience in administration/clerical roles, customer service, computer proficiency, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Minimum of 2 years of office experience or equivalent relevant background.
  • Soft skills: effective communicator, team-oriented, responsible, positive demeanor, and punctual.
  • Relevant college coursework may be required. Ability to coordinate the schedule of an Executive VP and other managers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with skills in Pivot tables, lookup functions, sorting, and filtering.
  • Experience in construction administration is advantageous.
