  • Prepare deal memos and lease packages for signatures to facilitate a smooth routing process, ensuring all FUZE tasks for real estate are completed. Collaborate with consultants to ensure proper documentation is uploaded before handover for new capital projects.
  • Work with finance to establish project numbers, funding, and purchase orders for upcoming initiatives.
  • Prepare documentation and project packets for bidding on new capital projects.
  • Ensure all projects comply with EME standards.
