Production Manager

  • Encourage collaboration across departments (purchasing, scheduling, finance, management, etc.).
  • Coordinate with fellow managers to align with organizational policies and goals.
  • Administer disciplinary measures when required.
  • Oversee employee scheduling and workforce management.
  • Conduct performance assessments and identify training opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on timelines, budgets, and forecasts based on operational data.

External Qualifications:

  • Expertise in assembly and manufacturing processes.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous managerial experience with a focus on leadership development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively documenting and presenting information.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience overseeing engineering, procurement, and shipping to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
