Job Summary:

As a Support Technician at Dave & Busters, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the building's games, simulators, and technical equipment. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on games, simulators, and technical equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing timely and accurate service.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure that all issues are resolved efficiently.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical or maintenance role.
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
