Building Services Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at the Government of Western Australia. This is a key role that requires a strong background in facilities management, with a focus on planning and controlling a comprehensive facilities management service for our buildings and tenanted commercial collections sites across Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies and guidelines to ensure effective management of compliance, preventative, reactive and corrective maintenance and operations.
- Monitor and review policies and performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain relationships with Hospital Service Providers and other external partners.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to facilities management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants to be considered for permanent positions in the public sector.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in facilities management, operations, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
