Senior Agile Software Developer

Copeland is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in greenfield development for IoT projects. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement cloud-native solutions with 24/7 availability, leveraging infrastructure-as-code best practices for efficient and scalable deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using infrastructure-as-code best practices.
- Utilize serverless computing on Azure to optimize scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Build modern software applications using TypeScript, incorporating React for the frontend and NestJS for the backend.
- Create automated unit and behavioral tests to ensure software reliability, functionality, and quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Deploy production code daily, adhering to security best practices and incorporating streamlined rollback mechanisms for rapid issue resolution.
What You'll Get:
The estimated salary for this role is $145,000 per year, within the local market in which we operate. The compensation package includes a comprehensive healthcare plan, 401(k) with 75% company match up to 5%, quarterly company-funded retirement plan with an additional 2.5% contribution, tuition assistance, flexible work schedule, paid time off (3 weeks + paid holidays), and ongoing training.
