Role Overview:
The Case Management Supervisor plays a crucial role in enhancing the operational effectiveness of the facility by overseeing utilization review and discharge planning services for all patients. This position requires a strong understanding of resource management, compliance with regulatory standards, and a commitment to quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Ensure adherence to standards set by regulatory bodies.
  • Optimize staff utilization while considering competencies and patient needs.
  • Assess and enhance staff performance through effective coaching and feedback.
  • Manage the Revenue Integrity Department and its personnel.
  • Prepare annual budgets and monitor departmental financial performance.
  • Hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the practicing state or possess a Compact/Multi-State RN License.
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an acute care environment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Additional Information:
This position requires leadership experience and a background in case management within an acute care setting. The role is exempt, and while standard business hours are expected, flexibility to work beyond 40 hours per week may be necessary.
