Your Role on the Team

As a Superintendent at Invitation Homes, you'll oversee the full cycle of property rehab and turnover efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Pre Move-Out Visits with residents to document home condition and resident responsibilities
  • Welcoming incoming residents with Resident Orientations, educating them on home systems and maintenance policies
  • Leading Move Out Inspections, creating comprehensive scopes of work, and identifying costs to be charged back to residents
  • Overseeing rehab and turn processes, communicating with contractors, and documenting progress
  • Collaborating with the Leasing Team to ensure timely move-ins
  • Negotiating repairs with vendors and General Contractors
Your Experience

We're looking for candidates with:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • OSHA 10 certification (new hires will have up to 90 days to complete)
  • Minimum two years of project management experience
  • General knowledge of residential construction and local building codes
  • Negotiation and contractor management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
