Superintendent - WWTP

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team at Gpac, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and other water facilities throughout the Midwest. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact in the industry.

• Lead a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Enforce project-specific safety plans and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies
• Manage scheduling, equipment, manpower, and contract administration

• Previous experience as a Superintendent
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of construction management principles and practices
