Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Critical Care Specialist to join our team as an Advanced Practice Clinician in the CVICU. The successful candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with intensivists and surgical teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
- Triage transfers and manage bed availability for post-operative cases.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited APRN or PA program with relevant certification.
- Valid licensure in Kentucky (APRN and RN or Physician Assistant).
- ACLS/BLS certification preferred.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $130,000-$160,000 based on experience and qualifications.
