**Responsibilities:**
* Perform face-to-face assessments and ongoing psychiatric visits with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.
* Maintain current patient records to clearly state problems, plans, actions, goals, and changes as they occur.
* Instruct client caregivers.
* Manage client medications.
**Requirements:**
* Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
* PMHNP license required.
* Experience in psychiatric, mental, and behavioral health services.
* Outpatient and tele-psychiatry experience is preferred.
* Willingness to work with a variety of ages, including children/adolescents.
* Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
* Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
