Company Overview: At Chrysalis, our mission is to lead the way in driving teen and young adult anxiety, depression, and suicide from all-time highs to all-time lows by 2028. We believe in treating families as a whole, recognizing the importance of their role in sustained recovery and well-being for teens.

Job Description: As an Overnight Behavioral Health Mentor, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support adolescents in their journey towards improved mental health and well-being. Your primary responsibilities will include providing safe verbal de-escalation or physical intervention techniques when necessary, serving as a positive role model, and communicating important observations and updates to the Shift Supervisor and Residential Managers. You will also document client progress notes daily and encourage teen engagement in activities of daily living (ADLs) and coping skill applications.

You should also have quick decision-making skills, a growth mindset, and a focus on Embark's core values. Additionally, you must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in accordance with Montana state laws.

Benefits: As an Empowering Adolescent Wellness Specialist, you will have access to a comprehensive benefit program that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, voluntary life and AD&D insurance, long-term disability, 401K with company matching, PTO, and paid parental leave. You will also have the opportunity to participate in Embark's established Mastery Program, which offers unparalleled opportunities for professional growth.

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $20.00 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of $1,000. As a full-time, onsite position, you will work a shift of 9:45pm-6:45 am, creating a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents and their families.

Why Join Our Team: At Chrysalis, we value diversity and are committed to enriching the therapeutic and healing experience we offer through the diversity of our employees and community.
