We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Global Health Research and Delivery efforts. This role will be responsible for driving innovation in HIV and TB delivery, with a focus on evidence generation and partnership development.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in global health research and delivery, with experience in managing complex portfolios and partnerships. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to accelerate impact in HIV and TB service delivery, and for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to accelerate impact in HIV and TB service delivery
- Manage complex portfolios of investments in HIV and TB delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners
- Provide strategic guidance to team members and grantees
- Represent the organization in external forums and meetings
- Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. public health, epidemiology, global health)
- 10+ years of experience in global health research and delivery
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $229,100.00 - $355,200.00 USD, with opportunities for professional growth and development. The salary range for this role is based on market data and takes into account the cost of living in Seattle and Washington D.C., where our offices are located.
