Server Associate

We are seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional service to our members at The Hawthorns Golf & Country Club. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, from greeting them upon arrival to presenting menus and serving food and beverages.

• Prepare Dining Rooms: Ensure that dining rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a focus on sanitation and order.
• Greet Members: Welcome members upon arrival and make them feel at home.
• Presentation and Service: Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a smile.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other servers, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Problem-Solving: Handle complaints or problems with a positive attitude and a commitment to resolving issues.
• Payment and Settlement: Issue checks and accept payment with accuracy and professionalism.

• Experience: 3 years of service experience is highly desirable.
• Cashier Duties: Hands-on experience in cashier duties is essential.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety in the dining area.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service with a patient and customer-oriented approach.
• People Skills: Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude are essential.
• Responsibility: Demonstrate responsibility and trustworthiness in all aspects of the job.
• Certifications: A high school diploma is required, and an Indiana Liquor license is necessary or in the process of being obtained.
