Project Management Opportunity

Hellas Construction offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to lead our projects in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project profit and loss, creating project schedules, documenting contracts, bonds, insurance, and SWPPP documents.
  • Processing subcontractor packets, attending project meetings, and conducting field inspections.
  • Preparing monthly cost-to-complete reports, reviewing and approving subcontractor payment requests, and submitting them for processing.

Expected annual salary: $95,000 - $120,000.
