Clinical Operations Manager

This Clinical Nurse Supervisor position at Dartmouth Health oversees patient assignments and flow within the clinic, ensuring efficient care delivery. - Serve as a lead, clinical resource, and role model for nursing staff.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of related supervisory/management experience.
- Maintained clinical competencies as appropriate.
- Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, leadership, communication, fiscal responsibility, and teamwork abilities.
- A Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or higher per unit specific requirements.
