About the Role:

Dartmouth Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and effectively managing patient flow under the supervision of a department manager or provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the availability of current lab, x-ray, or procedure reports for providers and complete necessary forms.
  • Accurately perform computer functions such as medication reconciliation, updating medical history, and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage task lists and perform pre-certification for tests and procedures as required.

Certification Requirements:

In order to be successful in this role, you must acquire certification within 3 months of hire and maintain current Medical Assistant certification through NHA, AAMA, or AMT, as well as CPR certification.
