Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to join our Field Operations team at RQ Construction, LLC. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of projects throughout the Southeastern US, with a focus on quality control and assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement project-specific quality control programs to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Execute quality control activities on-site, ensuring that all work meets the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other team members to ensure that quality control objectives are met.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on quality control and assurance.
  • Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate and RMS/QCS training preferred.
  • Specialty inspection training and licenses/certs highly desired.
  • LEED AP, AP+, or Green Associate (GA) Certificate preferred.
  • Level 1 EM, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications required.
  • Computer literacy and specific software literacy (Viewpoint/Vista, RMS/QCS) preferred.
