Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide professional nursing care to patients and families.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being.
Requirements
- Associate's or Diploma in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's in Nursing required within 5 years for new graduates or RNs with less than 1 year of experience.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) required within 60 days of hire.
- American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.
