Responsibilities
  • Maintain property vehicles, tools, and equipment, including routine checks, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Perform daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities.
  • Track status of open maintenance issues using computer, log book, or white board.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, power and manual pallet jacks, four-wheel carts, and two-wheel dollies.
  • Inspect stock items for wear or defects.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, and assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language, and develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.
