Job Summary

We are actively seeking talented Psychologists in the area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. As a Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing high-quality mental healthcare services to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions with patients.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $136K to $182K based on production. We also offer flexible work schedules, telemedicine and in-person flexibility, full benefits package, and a collegial work environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be fully licensed and credentialed in California, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D. You must also have experience with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
