Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough biopsychosocial evaluations
  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients
  • Provide psychotherapy, monitoring patient outcomes, and continuously improving care
  • Experience or strong interest in group therapy
  • Strong computer skills, including Electronic Medical Records, Microsoft Suite, and videoconferencing platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective collaboration with other providers in a treatment team setting
  • Maintain a positive and flexible attitude, contributing to our culture of respect and safety
  • Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Timely and accurate clinical documentation via our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Qualifications
  • Drive to provide high-quality behavioral health care and desire to be on the cutting edge of treatment
  • Desire to develop or further focus on your niche as a psychotherapist and grow professionally
  • Desire to work in an environment that deeply values Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
  • Current and Active California License to practice as an independent clinical psychologist/psychotherapist: PhD/PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
  • 2+ years of post-licensure experience providing psychotherapy to ethnically and culturally diverse adult and/or child and adolescent populations; experience with providing teletherapy is also helpful
  • Recent clinical experience providing individual psychotherapy (must be within the past two years)
  • Training and experience in utilizing one or more current evidence-based modalities of psychotherapy (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Seeking Safety, EMDR, Time-Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, etc.)
  • [Psychologists Only] Graduate of an APA-Accredited Doctoral Program OR completion of an APA-Accredited Internship OR completion of an APA-Accredited Postdoctoral Program
