As a key member of our team, the Business Controller will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis for our service environment. Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
- Management Accounting: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of management accounting and operational reporting, including profitability reports for customers, projects, products, and agreements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Operational Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of operational reporting, including sales, orders, taxes, depreciation, property, and other asset values.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize business operations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Group's financial, legal, and IT policies, instructions, and guidelines.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in preparatory accounting, financial analysis, or Controller roles, preferably within a service environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with SAP, Siebel, or other large ERP systems.
