About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for capturing new customers, delivering growth, and ensuring retention from our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives.
- Prospect, qualify, develop, and manage a robust pipeline of forecasted opportunities.
- Develop and execute against an account/territory plan to meet and exceed quota.
- Collaborate and work with various cross-functional teams to manage the sales cycle.
- Drive account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts with partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of direct field experience selling software or IT solutions. Familiarity with databases, DevOps, and open source technology a plus.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement.
