We are seeking a dynamic and high-performing Sales Representative to join our sales team and contribute to our mission.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who thrives in sales, has a goal-oriented mindset, and excels at closing deals. The ideal candidate is creative, patient, and embraces the fast-paced energy of a startup environment. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a managerial position. Experience in the property management industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed business plans to meet sales goals and quotas.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from client contact to closing deals.
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking and relationship building.
  • Demonstrate our SaaS platform to prospective clients, showcasing its value.
  • Understand clients' business needs and provide technology solutions to meet them.
  • Deliver post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain our reputation.
  • Continuously engage with existing clients to understand and address their evolving needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales and customer data.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in IT technology sales.
  • 3+ years of experience selling SaaS or accounting/financial applications is preferred.
  • Experience in Property Management Software is a clear advantage.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and negotiating principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Passion for sales and business acumen.
