Our All-in-One Rental and Community Association Property Management Software empowers real estate professionals to streamline operations, accounting, rent payments, maintenance, communication, and leasing processes in the cloud.
We are seeking a dynamic and high-performing Sales Representative to join our sales team and contribute to our mission.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who thrives in sales, has a goal-oriented mindset, and excels at closing deals. The ideal candidate is creative, patient, and embraces the fast-paced energy of a startup environment. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a managerial position. Experience in the property management industry is a plus.
Responsibilities- Develop detailed business plans to meet sales goals and quotas.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from client contact to closing deals.
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Demonstrate our SaaS platform to prospective clients, showcasing its value.
- Understand clients' business needs and provide technology solutions to meet them.
- Deliver post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain our reputation.
- Continuously engage with existing clients to understand and address their evolving needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales and customer data.
- 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in IT technology sales.
- 3+ years of experience selling SaaS or accounting/financial applications is preferred.
- Experience in Property Management Software is a clear advantage.
- Knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and negotiating principles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
