Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Identification and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including system integrators and digital agencies, to expand our market reach.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships, understanding their needs and business drivers.
- Business Planning and Enablement: Collaborate with partners to create strategic business plans that drive revenue and mutual success.
- Partner Accelerator Management: Lead and manage all aspects of partner accelerators, from recruitment and onboarding to enablement and sales support.
- Marketing and Sales Support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop partner marketing strategies and tools.
- Sales Quota Achievement: Drive the achievement of sales quotas through effective channel sales management and support.
- Industry Network and Opportunities: Leverage your well-established industry presence and network to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Market Feedback and Insights: Provide regular feedback to the product and executive teams on market needs and opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience managing a channel sales team.
- Quota-carrying experience in Channel Sales, with a focus on software or SaaS, for at least 2 years.
- A background in Commerce or Marketing or technology companies, with a strong understanding of the industry landscape.
- Marketing background is considered a strong advantage.
- Well-established presence in the industry with a strong network to leverage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build mutual trust.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and objectives.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable and profitable plans.
