About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Brickyard Healthcare. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership and clinical skills.

Job Summary

The Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This includes assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and evaluating nursing care.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of licensed nurses and other personnel to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
  • Implement plan of care consistently, effectively, and cost-efficiently with a focus on resident-centered outcomes
  • Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices
Requirements:
  • Certified Registered Nurse (RN) license in practicing state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics
  • Demonstrate understanding of state and Federal rules and regulations governing facility practices
  • Ongoing pursuit of Continuing Education Credits in clinical subjects, management, personal growth, and development
