Job Summary

In this role, you will play a critical part in resolving customer issues and providing them with peace of mind. Whether it's answering questions, consulting on products, or simply being a listening ear, you will be the difference between an average and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer communications promptly and professionally
  • Conduct thorough research to provide accurate solutions to customer issues
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to explain it to customers
  • Proficient computer skills and high-speed internet connection (at least 25mbps)
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
