Clinical Specialist

At EMS of Virginia (Educating, Mentoring, Success), we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of mental health and substance abuse services to clients in our community-based programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of QMHP Clinicians and other clinical staff
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health and substance abuse services
- Develop and implement treatment plans for clients
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine client needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Licensed or licensed-eligible as an LPC or LCSW in the State of Virginia
- Experience providing mental health and substance abuse services
- Experience supervising staff and developing treatment plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary range: $30-$32/hour
- 80 hours of PTO per year
- 10 paid holidays per year
