Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and utilize consultative selling techniques to assist them in choosing a vehicle.
- Provide comprehensive product information, including features and specifications, to aid customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight the distinctive features and advantages of various models.
- Stay informed about industry developments, new vehicle releases, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Exhibit proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and monitor sales progress.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and client retention by promptly addressing customer complaints or concerns; take ownership of the customer experience by completing additional tasks that leave a positive impression.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation: The anticipated total annual earnings range from $105,000 to $124,100, factoring in all compensation forms including base pay, commissions, overtime, and benefits. This role primarily offers commission-based earnings contingent on performance, with a minimum wage of $16.80 for non-sales activities and breaks. Commission earnings can vary from $88,500 to $106,000 annually based on performance metrics.
