PRIMARY ROLE:

Provide insurance solutions to qualified prospects, ensuring their insurance requirements are met, while adapting to the evolving needs of existing clients and driving sustainable agency growth in alignment with defined targets. This role offers a hybrid work environment with regular client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:
  • Preferred: Producer license and/or Insurance License, though we are willing to support the right candidate in obtaining their license.
  • Required: Highly motivated and self-directed individual.
  • Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly desirable: College degree.
DUTIES:
  • Proactively reach out to prospects, arrange meetings, deliver sales presentations, and secure new business accounts while balancing production to achieve a desired business mix.
  • Maintain a prospect list within the agency's targeted business framework.
  • Prepare applications for Account Managers to submit to relevant markets.
  • Establish payment terms for all accounts in accordance with the agency's credit and collections policies.
  • Assist in gathering information on assigned accounts for renewal marketing, following agency procedures. Deliver policies and/or binders on assigned accounts in accordance with agency guidelines and timelines.
  • Participate in sales seminars, company meetings, or educational activities to enhance sales techniques and stay informed about market developments.
  • Engage in or lead special projects as requested by management.
