Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch client service and support to Financial Advisors, including greeting and directing clients, answering inquiries, and coordinating client onboarding.
  • Manage client relationships through Baird's Private Wealth Management technology platforms, including CRM systems and client communication tools.
  • Assist with proposal generation, prepare new account paperwork, and open accounts for clients.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Baird's Corporate Resource Groups and leverage partnerships to provide best-in-class wealth management solutions to clients.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate client meetings and events.
  • Ensure business adherence to firm and financial industry regulatory policies, including logging compliance files and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including entering security orders, processing transactions, and providing back-up support to other teams.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Focus on excellent client service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to study for and obtain the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and Series 7 and 66 licensures within 18 months of hire.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn and navigate Baird's Private Wealth Management technology platforms.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to exchange ideas and information effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy and organized with consistent ability to prioritize workflow.
  • Good analytical and critical problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
