Requirements
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of culinary management experience, preferably in a high-end catering or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Knowledge of current culinary trends and menu development principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical stamina to work in a kitchen environment, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
