Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage appointments for Radiology locations, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal wait times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, physicians, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage multi-line phone calls, prioritizing and addressing customer needs with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient appointments, orders, and communication.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's coursework or additional business courses preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in a medical field, with a strong understanding of medical and Radiologic terminology.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
