Key Responsibilities
This pivotal position is responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support to Financial Advisors, as well as to both prospective and existing clients. The successful candidate will:

  • Handle a significant volume of daily interactions, addressing inquiries and coordinating meetings with clients through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
  • Ensure meticulous processing of client financial transactions and manage financial advisor expenses with precision.
  • Facilitate the opening of new client accounts and conduct thorough research using internal databases.
  • Maintain compliance by verifying the accuracy of client documentation prior to submission.
  • Prepare essential correspondence, forms, and reports to support client servicing and outreach efforts.
  • Generate business summary reports and client-specific documentation for financial advisors' review.
  • Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to create and maintain organized records.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives, including client-facing events and seminars.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about industry standards and practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid understanding of company policies, mission, and operational strategies.
  • Familiarity with general office practices and procedures.
  • Insight into investment concepts and the regulatory landscape of the securities industry.

Skills
Proficiency in:

  • Client Relationship Management (CRM) software and similar tools.

Education and Experience
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of experience in the securities industry or a related field. Alternatively, a combination of education and experience may be considered.
