Key Responsibilities
This pivotal position is responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support to Financial Advisors, as well as to both prospective and existing clients. The successful candidate will:
- Handle a significant volume of daily interactions, addressing inquiries and coordinating meetings with clients through various communication channels.
- Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Ensure meticulous processing of client financial transactions and manage financial advisor expenses with precision.
- Facilitate the opening of new client accounts and conduct thorough research using internal databases.
- Maintain compliance by verifying the accuracy of client documentation prior to submission.
- Prepare essential correspondence, forms, and reports to support client servicing and outreach efforts.
- Generate business summary reports and client-specific documentation for financial advisors' review.
- Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to create and maintain organized records.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, including client-facing events and seminars.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about industry standards and practices.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A solid understanding of company policies, mission, and operational strategies.
- Familiarity with general office practices and procedures.
- Insight into investment concepts and the regulatory landscape of the securities industry.
Skills
Proficiency in:
- Client Relationship Management (CRM) software and similar tools.

Education and Experience
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of experience in the securities industry or a related field. Alternatively, a combination of education and experience may be considered.
