Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Synectics Inc. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient service centers.
Key Responsibilities- Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner.
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing while adhering to established protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely specimen collection and processing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred.
- At least 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
