Job Title: Junior Project Management Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Project Management Support Specialist to join our team at Canvas Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our project management team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide procurement support, including market research, contract administration, and records management.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and team members.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including project files and reports.
  • Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
